EVOOs with the Olivares Vivos seal

Huerta Los Caños

Ecological EVOO coming from “Los Caños” farm in Baeza. Its olive grove consists of 1,200 centennial trees of the ‘Picual’ variety. Intense earthy notes, fresh, with hints of freshly cut grass, tomato, banana and raw artichoke. On the palate, green leaf and almond, progressive spiciness in perfect harmony with a sweet balsamic aftertaste.

Castillo de Canena

Our olive grove is crossed by the Guadiana Menor river and it has great value as an ecological corridor and generator of biodiversity. It is located in the Alto Guadalquivir Valley, between Sierra de Cazorla and Sierra Mágina. The olives, of the Picual Biodynamic variety, selected for elaborating this Premium EVOO have been harvested in ‘Pago Las Majás’ under the Biodynamic Agriculture regulations and with the Demeter certification.

Finca La Torre

Organoleptic profile: Intense fruity with freshly cut grass and olive leaf. Bitter, progressive and persistent on the palate with hints of green almond, apple and banana peel. Complex and balanced. Cold extracted. Elaborated under the standards of the Ecological and Demeter certifications.

Omed

O-Med ‘Picual’ is an early-harvest EVOO from our farm ‘Buenavista’.
On the nose, a medium green fruity scent stands out, both with herbs and fruits. The fruits we find remind us of tomato plants and green almonds. Hints of freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs are notable. An oil of medium fluidity and lasting taste. A very balanced oil with an exquisite complexity.

Finca San José

Fruity oil of great complexity and harmony, from olive groves committed to biodiversity. We accompany the quality with the design of recognised local painters that show new designs every season. This year we have been awarded Gold in the international CINVE 2020 Award and Silver in the international “Health Claim Awards 2020” held in London.

Soler Romero

Soler Romero organic ‘Picual’ EVOO is harvested early. Its intense green fruitiness stands out against the aroma of grass, olive leaf, and fruity notes of tomato, apple, artichoke and green almond. In harmony with a medium bitterness and spiciness. Grown, processed and packed on our family farm, in Alcaudete, Jaén.

Llanos de Vanda

Oil with a fresh herbal aroma and floral notes, smooth and flavoursome, while balanced on the palate. It comes from the hundred-year-old, organic, ‘Picual’, ‘Hojiblancos’ and ‘Mala Casta’ olive trees grown in the Llanos de Vanda, the scene of historic battles. Our oil is the legacy of the Gálvez family, dedicated to olive growing for four generations, and can boast of preserving exclusively the latest discovery of Iberian flora, the “librecilla de vanda”.

Olivar de la Luna

“Olivar de la Luna” is an EVOO certified as organic and biodynamic, “Nevadillo Blanco” variety, native of La Sierra de los Pedroches (Córdoba) obtained by cold extraction in our small oil mill. It is a very fruity oil, with hints of apple, banana and almond. It is long and smooth on the palate, with a slight bitterness at the end. It is presented in a blue glass jar that reminds us of the colour of olive trees in the distance.

Piedras Cucas

Extra virgin olive oil “Esencia de las Piedras Cucas” is 100% ‘Picual’ and harvested early, when the olives are completely green and, although we don’t extract as much produce, in exchange we are left with an accented taste and aromatic oil.

Dehesa de la Sabina

The oil has an intense green fruitiness tinged with very light mature tones. Significant notes of tomato plant, freshly cut grass and green banana peel are accompanied by aromatic plants and nuts such as walnut, reflecting a rich aroma. Very smooth on the palate, slightly bitter and spicy, combined with the green-sweet almond can be defined by two adjectives: gentle and elegant.

Oleaí

La Casona

‘First Day of Harvest Limited Edition’ ‘Picual’ variety EVOO, presented in a 500 ml glass bottle. Very fruity, balanced and aromatic oil. Opaque and intense green colour, typical of freshly extracted (unfiltered) oil. Of excellent quality, awarded with numerous prizes, among others to the healthiest oil in the world. An olive grove deeply respectful of nature, cultivated with organic farming.

Dominus

Dominus Cosecha Temprana, one of the most awarded oils in the world, comes from ‘Cortijo Virgen de los Milagros’ in Mancha Real. ‘Picual’ variety, PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Sierra Mágina. Intense and complex fruit, with nuances of tomato, banana peel, wild flowers, thyme and rosemary. Smooth and elegant in the mouth with a presence of aromatic plants and raw nuts. A notable fresh aftertaste and shades of green almonds.

Pilares Aceite de Autor

On the nose it has a medium fruity green olive with ripe notes, aromas of freshly cut grass and tomato. On the palate it is smooth and sweet, with the richness of the ‘Picual’, with a light but sharp aftertaste that enhances the taste. Pair with: Garden salads, creams, gazpachos and cold dishes, pasta, jacket potatoes.

Oriole

Oriole is a unique olive oil, obtained from the Zorzaleña variety of the century-old olive grove in the El Herrador Ecological Reserve in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. It is the end product of our model of land preservation in which we work through actions to improve biodiversity. For us it is as important to offer a quality product as it is to protect the environment where we get it from.
